4. Robot function


Multi position placing and conveyor control: The function of multi-position placing and conveyor control make it possible to have the robot as the control unit of the whole auto-packing system.
Multi program functioning and storage: With eprom, the robot has a variety of built in standard program and the user can also have their own program stored in the robot for future use with no need of teaching again.
Multi language (Optional): The robot buyer is allowed to order their own manual lanuage other than standard Chinese & English.
Energy saving: The power generated from the braking of any axis would be passed to the other axis to save the energy.
In mold moving: The robot arm can move freely in the mold area.
In mold clamp & release: The robot is allowed to release the products in the mold area after it suck or clamp it.
Bad product detecting: The robot will call the bad product handling program when the bad product signal detected.
Traverse stroke standby: The robot can choose to standby at a position outside the mold area when necessary.
Parallel movement: To reduce the cycle time, the robot axis x, y, z are allowed to move parallelly.
Axis Y standby: The robot arm will desending to the standy by position waiting for the signal of mold opening finished after initialization.
Safe door detecting: The robot will detect the safe door sign during its moving process and alarm when the signal missing. (Lifetime detecting or in mold detecting optional).
Stacking function: The robot is allowed to set the layers of the products to be stacked.
In mold insertion: It's allowed to teach the robot to pick something from outside and insert it into the mold.
Trial running: When this function enabled, the robot will trial running the molds set each time the auto mode started. It's disable when the parameter is "0".
