1. Maintenance Operation
The maintenance operation of the injection robot include cleaning, inspection, fixing, lubricating, adjusting, testing and replenishment. It can either be conducted by the engineer of the clients or SWITEK to prevent the deterioration of the robot performance due to the worn down of the components.

Cleaning, inspecting and replenishment could be conducted by operator.

Fixing, adjusting and lubricating should be conducted by a mechanic.

Electrical work could only be conducted by an electrica engineer.
Maintenance Regulation:The maintenance of the injection robot is to prevent an early aging of the parts and prolong the life. Which include routine maintenance,daily maintenance, monthly maintenance, annual maintenance and repairing maintenance. The operator should classify the content and schedule of the maintenance according to the structure of the machine, the working condition, the environment and the wear conding of the parts to keep the machine in a sound working condition and prevent potential hazard.
