2.2. Safety rules for injection robot

WARNING Warning of conditions that could be hazardous to users.

a) Electronic Security.

1) High voltage, the touching is prohibited while power is on.
2) The breaking of this regulation will lead to human hazard.
3) An opened electronic cabinet is prohibited whilethe machine is running.
4) Make sure that the power had been disconnected before repairing.

b)Prohibited Environment.

1) The environment with flamable gas or liquid.
2) The environment with conductors such as the metal crushing etc.
3) The environment with corrosive gas (either acid or alkaline).
4) The foggy environment caused by the coolant liquid used for cutting or grinding.
5) The environment where there's electronic interface sources nearby.
6) The environment with a possible working temperature beyond 0~40℃.
7) The environment where the humidity exceed 90%RH.
8) The ennvironment of condensation.

c) Prohibited Conditions.

1) Behaviours with a warning sign in this User Guide.
2) Prohibited behaviours in this User Guide.
3) Have the warning sign removed.
4) Operating the robot in a drunken or sick condition.
5) Operating the robot in an intermittent power failure condition caused by the thunderstorm weather.
6) Unauthorized modification of the robot.

d) Requirements.

To prevent a labor disaster, the user of this robot are requested to follow the local regulation of industrial automation facilities installation strictly in the process of robot selection, setting, installation and operating.

e) Electrical Grounding.

1) To ensure the stable running of the system, the power of the system must be reliable grounded to prevent a malfunction caused by the static or leakage.
2) Make sure that the servo driver & servo motors are well grounded.
3) To prevent an electric shock, the servo driver and the mother board must be well grounded indicated below:

f) Attention.

1) Only a well trained professional is allowed to handle the work of maintenance, repari etc.
2) There must be a protective rail around the working area of the robot to prevent any human hazardous.
3) Only a qualified electrician are allowed to do the wiring with correct wire specification as instructed.
4) There are warning signs on the robot, please keep an eye on it while operating.
5) Please follow the regulation in this User Guide strictly while lifting the robot.
6) Please follow the instruction in this User Guide strictly while operating, adjusting or programming this robot.
7) The operating of this robot is prohibited when somebody is in the dangerous area.
8) The hand controller must be placed outside the dangerous area. And the operator must be outside the dangerous area while operating.
9) The power and air must be disconnected before any repairing work or mold changing.
10) The robot has the function of auto-debugging, please contact SWITEK or our local distributor with the error code for help. Unauthorized amendment of the robot are prohibited unless you're well trained professionals.
11) Please contact SWITEK or our local distributor for any trouble of the robot except the replacemnet of proximity switch, sensor or solenoid valve.
