a) For your safety, please read this manual carefully to learn the function and limitation of this machine, also the potential hazard of it.
b) Keep a clean working environment to avoid accident.
c) You mustn't have your injection robot running in a dangerous environment, it's prohibited to have to robot working in a humid environment.
d) The visitors must be restricted to the safe area. The approaching of a children to the roboto should be prohibited.
e) The robot can only working safely under the designed cycle time and working stroke, any modification of the parameters at will may lead to a damage to the machine or evan human hazord.
f) Please always adjust the robot with proper tools.
g) For the safety of the operator, the wearing of loose clothes, gloves, necklace or other jewelry which may caught by the robot are prohibited. An antiskid shoes and a hat to wrap the long hair are recommended.
h) The robot should be maintained only with the power well cut off. And a routine cleaning and lubrication according to the instruction will help to prolong the life of the robot.
i) Make sure that the robot had been disconnected from the sources of the power and air before any repairing or replacement of the components.
j) To keep the robot running properly, please use a recommended component for repairing only.
