Today, the 10th China(zhengzhou) Plastic Industry Expo 2020 is beginning. At this exhibition, Haida, Switek, Rixiang and Zhongyu have joined forces to display new in-mold bonding solutions for customers at home and abroad, and also provide professional consulting services about in-mold related molds, injection molding machines, robots to guests.

Bright Point 1: Two Special Machine

Market segment of in-mold paint buckets, Haida has specially developed a brand new model-HDU700 special machine for barrel making, optimized the frame, hydraulic system, control system, machine structure and screw. The barrel making efficiency of the machine has been improved; Switek has transformed the SW850 special manipulator to make it perfectly cooperate with HDU700,  improving the barrel making efficiency of the enterprise.

Bright Point 2: Two Different labeling

At the exhibition, Zhejiang Zhongyu Group, a well-known domestic in-mold labeling manufacturer, provides two different types of standard papers, common and metal.

Metal label paper is a label material widely used in milk tea cups, and its noble metal luster is deeply loved by the milk tea majority and consumers. The electrostatic treatment of metal marking paper, which is a difficult point in the in-mold production process, especially the anti-static technology for large containers and large labels.

At this exhibition, the  paint bucket manufacturers will know how to produce two different standard paper in-mold products on the same in-mold machine, getting first-hand information for the company's investment decisions.
